Partners United for Life Saving Education (PULSE) is a private non-profit organization that was founded in 2014, with the intent of bringing low-cost healthcare education to Whitehall and the surrounding community. Soon after, the need for an ambulance service arose and PULSE stepped in to fill that gap by creating Jefferson Valley EMS and Rescue. Since then, PULSE DBA JVEMSR has been providing invaluable 911 service, community education, interfacility transfers, and most recently has expanded to provide Community Integrated Health services. We have more than 40 EMS/CIH providers on our roster and take great pride in our rigorous training, and never missing a call.
